Colby Cross Country Competed at Woody Greeno/Jay Dirksen Invitational
LINCOLN, Neb. - Colby Community College's Cross Country men’s and women’s runners competed last Saturday at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Woody Greeno/Jay Dirksen Invitational held in Lincoln at Mahoney Golf Course.
LINCOLN, Neb. - Colby Community College's Cross Country men's and women's runners competed last Saturday at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Woody Greeno/Jay Dirksen Invitational held in Lincoln at Mahoney Golf Course. Sophomore Nonhlanhla Mabuza was the top runner from the women's team placing 9th from a field of 185, with a time of 18:37, on the 5,000-meter course. Rosemary Arthur, was next in 87th place at 19:07. Snegugu Mkhize finished 147th.
Matheo Guimene was the top men's Trojan runner finishing 41st overall, out of a field of 294, on the 8,000-meter course with a time of 26:34. Kenan Delstre placed 55th in 26:52. Dakotah Kotchuck placed 239.
