CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The Colby Community College volleyball team continues to roll, maintaining its No. 11 national ranking in the latest NJCAA Division I poll while strengthening its grip on first place in the KJCCC standings.
The Trojans improved to 17-4 overall and a perfect 9-0 in conference play after another dominant week, sweeping Pratt at home before gutting out a five-set road victory over Garden City.
Colby's balanced attack and composure under pressure have been key to its success, as the Trojans extended their winning streak to nine straight matches, the longest active streak in the conference.
With momentum on their side, the Trojans will look to keep things rolling as they prepare for a pair of upcoming conference matchups: traveling to Cloud County on Wednesday (Oct. 8) before returning home to face Hutchinson on Saturday (Oct. 11).
