The Trojan wrestling team competed at the Service Salute Open on Saturday, November 9. Top performances for the day came from Luis Vazquez 3-1 on the day and secured 3rd Place in the 125-pound weight class. Dorian Franklin also went 3-1 on the day at 174lbs and nabbed 5th place honors. Kevaun Jones went 2-1 on the day picking up a 2nd-place finish at Hwt. Lastly, Nicholas Martinez went 3-1 in the Hwt division earning a 3rd place finish.
The Trojans will be back on the mat Saturday, November 16 in Des Moines IA at the Grandview Open.
